How to play
Describe the big word
Only the clue-giver and an opposing referee should see the screen. Help your team guess the answer.
Avoid the obvious
Don't say the answer, the five forbidden words, or their forms and parts. No spelling, rhyming hints, gestures, sound effects, or translations.
Keep the cards moving
Correct scores a point. Taboo costs a point. Passing is free by default. Undo fixes a mis-tap; review the whole turn before passing the phone.
Your table, your rules
Modes explain their exceptions. For a family game, choose Starter and Easy cards. Agree on names and accents before you begin.
The collection
Thousands of cards. Ten languages. Pick familiar words for a relaxed evening, or turn up the difficulty. Browse by category, keep favorites, and add your own cards.
Make the game yours: name your teams, choose their colors, and play to a points target or a set number of rounds. Change the timer, skips, categories, and difficulty in Advanced.
Accidental tap? Undo it. Need a moment? Flip the card to pause. An interrupted match can be resumed later.
Privacy policy
The game stays on your device. No account, ads, or usage analytics.
What is saved
Teams, custom cards, favorites, hidden cards, matches, statistics, and preferences are stored on your device. iOS may include them in backups according to your system settings.
Importing and exporting
You choose files through the iOS file picker. Exporting saves a copy of your custom cards to your chosen location, including a cloud provider if you select one. The app does not upload these cards to the developer.
Deleting your data
You can remove custom cards and clear seen-card history in Settings. Uninstalling the app removes its local data; exported copies and backups are managed separately.
Our promise
No ads, tracking, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. Ever. We do not operate an account system, collect gameplay data, or sell personal data.
System services
Japanese text can use a font downloaded by Apple’s system font service. The game remains playable offline with a built-in fallback. Apple and any file or backup provider you choose process information under their own policies.
Email support
If you email support, your email address and message are used to answer your request. Please do not send sensitive information or personal details in card exports. Support correspondence is separate from the app, which sends no gameplay data to us.
